Respiratory Assessment Clinic

Our Respiratory Assessment Clinic is open to local residents in Stawell and the surrounding district. It will focus on respiratory concerns, including screening for coronavirus (COVID-19).

By Appointment Only

Call 5358 8630, between 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday for advice, if you have a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or think you may have contracted coronavirus.

You will be asked the coronavirus screening questions first and your concerns will be discussed over the phone.
Outside of these times you can call the Victorian Department of Health Coronavirus hotline – 1800 675 398.

Please note:

  • You may not meet the current criteria for testing – if you are assessed as being at low risk of coronavirus disease – even though you may feel unwell.
  • To help you decide if you are part of the most at risk categories and whether you should be tested, use the Department of Health and Human Services  interactive coronavirus self-assessment tool.
  • You are requested, if possible, to complete  the self-assessment prior to phoning, or coming to an appointment.
  • On the day of your appointment please stay in your car until your appointment time.
  • Only people with appointments may enter the clinic.
  • Should you come to the clinic without an appointment, you will be requested to return to your car and phone the clinic.
  • The Respiratory Assessment Clinic does not provide clearance for people who are in self-isolation and wanting to return to work regardless if your place of work has directed you to do this.
  • Please refer to the Department of Health and Human Services website for further information.
